Molecular Diagnostics

Dear Academy Members,
The Molecular Diagnostics advisory body (MDAB) was formed in 2015 to keep the Academy and its members up to date with the rapid advances in the application of nucleic acid technologies to laboratory medicine. The MDAB will organise local and national meetings, courses, seminars and workshops to educate the Academy membership about current advances in Molecular Diagnostics. In addition, the MDAB will keep Council apprised of new developments and, where appropriate, participate in preparation of best practice guidelines. The MBAD invites Academy members to submit enquiries and suggestions for activities to the Chair or to an AB member in their discipline.
The Academy of Clinical Science and Laboratory Medicine are currently seeking new members for the Molecular Diagnostics Advisory Body. We are hoping to include members from all disciplines where molecular diagnostics is relevant. Please see application form on the "home" and "news" page.
